The fisherman had to be rescued after he got stuck in the mud in Lake Solitude, the High Bridge Fire Department said on Facebook. The manmade lake has become filed with sill, the fire department said.
"It's very easy to sink down into it, sort of like quicksand," the High Bridge Fire Department said.
The fire department warned people should not go into the lake.
